Job Description

As a Content Service Representative, you will gather, organize, and manage a wide range of insurance carrier documents while supporting client content needs. You’ll ensure accurate uploads, resolve content-related issues, and collaborate across teams to maintain seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.

Job Overview

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (approx. Colombian time), Weekends Off
Work setup: Flexible work setup, Colombia

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 years of relative experience

Your Daily Tasks

  • Obtain insurance carrier documents such as underwriting manuals, policy wordings, job aids, and related forms from various sources
  • Use proprietary tools and systems to upload and manage client and carrier resources in accordance with requirements and standard procedures
  • Manage client content requests, including adding uploaded documents and troubleshooting content-related issues
  • Work closely with the Content and Customer Service teams to ensure strong client support and assist with project initiatives when needed
